The United Kingdom offers a range of immigration categories. The type of UK Visa for which you should apply will depend on the purpose of your entry to the UK or reason for continued stay in the UK.

Working in the UK

• Tier 1 Visas - High Value Migrants
  This is known as Tier 1 of the Points Based System. Until recent years this included the Tier 1 General visa and the Tier 1 PSW visa, both of which are now closed to new applicants. Options are still available to those with significant funds to invest in the UK.
• Tier 2 Visas - Skilled Workers
  Tier 2 Visas are for Skilled Workers from outside the EEA to work in the UK for a UK employer. This can include workers from outside the EEA being sent to the UK to work for the UK branch of a non-EEA Company or new employees being brought to the UK for work or training.

Bringing Your Family To The UK

• Spouse, Fiance and Unmarried Partner Visa
  For UK Citizens wishing to bring their Spouse, Fiance or Unmarried Parner to the UK.
• EEA Family Visas
  For EEA Citizens wishing to bring their Spouse or Unmarried Partner to the UK.
• PBS Dependant Visa
  For non-EEA Citizens in the UK with UK Visas who wish to bring their family to the UK.
