The Highly Skilled Migrant Programme

The UK HSMP Visa (Highly Skilled Migrant Programme) is a points based method of immigration that allows you to enter the UK with permission to work without needing an employer to sponsor your work permit. You can only apply for HSMP if you are not in the UK or if you are unable to switch in-country to the Tier 1 General Highly Skilled Visa. The Tier 1 General Highly Skilled Visa

The UK Tier 1 General Highly Skilled Visa is a points based method of immigration that allows you to enter the UK with permission to work without needing an employer to sponsor your work permit. This works in a very similar way to HSMP, which it replaces, and commenced in the UK from 29 February 2008 (April 2008 in India and summer 2008 for the rest of the world). Employer Sponsored Work Permit

Our online Work Permit application should ONLY be used by the employer OR an individual that has a job offer. If you do not meet either of these two criteria then you do not qualify for an employer sponsored work permit and we cannot assess you for this purpose. Our online application process is also suitable for Intra Company Transfer applications.

Canada Immigration

Canada Skilled Worker Visa

The Canadian Skilled Worker Visa is a points based method of immigration to Canada that allows you to work in Canada without first needing to find a job offer. The Working Holiday Visa for Australia allows you to take a working holiday in Australia and enter into work that is incidental to your holiday for up to 12 months.
